Along the way, she develops new dishes inspired by each location, blending culinary tradition with personal discovery.
Her itinerary spans major cultural and natural landmarks, including Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth, the Karoo region, the Battlefields Route, Cradock, the Drakensberg Mountains, Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Hermanus, and the Elgin Valley.
